We are actively seeking a Warehouse Lead to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!
As our Warehouse Lead, you’ll make an impact by:
- Generating, reviewing, and executing warehouse schedules for picking and replenishment.
- Ensuring all equipment is safe and operational, and that all operators adhere to defined safe operating practices.
- Ensuring the team understands daily priorities and objectives during pre-shift meetings.
- Monitoring and enforcing adherence to scheduled breaks and lunch periods.
- Training and supporting team members on warehouse systems and processes.
- Ensuring inventory accuracy and performing cycle counts as needed.
- Ensuring all staged shipments meet quality and accuracy standards.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 3-5 years warehouse or distribution experience.
- Forklift certification within 90 days.
- Effective communicator and team leader.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow writen and verbal instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
