Hybrid Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday in office

We are actively seeking a Director, Supply Planning to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our Director, Supply Planning, you’ll make an impact by:

• Owning the development of capacity planning models and systems to support evaluation of current commercial and future demand relative to available capacity and lead times. Including developing relationships and working closely with all business units to understand levers and maximize velocity and volume opportunities.
• Driving the SIOP/Supply Review process cadence and output with a cross functional team (ex. Sourcing, Purchasing, Supply Planning, Operations, Customer Service, and Sales departments.).
• Identifying strategic flow opportunities/challenges and support executing improvements to increase volume and throughput.
• Partnering with Production Planning/Sourcing/Supply Chain to develop monthly and quarterly shipment forecasts and improving tools to support.
• Supporting Supply Planning and Purchasing to evaluate, develop and implement scheduling tools to provide visibility necessary to have world class flow in the business.
• Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure cost, quality, production, and safety risks with improvements are fully assessed and mitigated.

What you need to succeed:

• A graduate degree in Operations Management or a related technical field is required. An MBA is desirable, with a minimum of 12+ years of experience in operations/supply chain management.
• Professional certifications in supply chain management, such as APICS CSCP or CSCMP SCPro, are strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 10+ years of progressive, cross functional supply chain experience in a highly analytical supply/demand planning (SIOP) environment, demand planning, supply planning, new products introduction, material planning and SIOP process.
• Experience with multiple ERP/MRP Systems, SAP experience strongly preferred.
