We are actively seeking a Brand Manager to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a results-driven Brand Manager to lead the development, execution, and management of our brand strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving brand growth, implementing marketing initiatives, and cultivating strong consumer connections. This role will be instrumental in shaping the identity and market presence of our brands across various channels.

As our Brand Manager, you’ll make an impact by:
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive brand strategies aligned with company objectives, revenue and share goals.
  • Conducting market and category research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
  • Defining innovation architectures and roadmaps for portfolio brands.
  • Leading the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Product Development, and Operations teams to ensure alignment on brand objectives and strategies.
  • Supervising and mentoring a team to ensure the successful execution of brand strategies, new product development initiatives, and marketing campaigns.
What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Proven track record of at least 3 years of experience in brand strategy, planning and execution, preferably within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • A master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Proficiency using Nielsen, Stackline or other analytic tools to monitor brand and industry performance preferred.
