Hours: 1st shift M-TH 6 am - 4 pm, Friday's as needed

We are actively seeking a Work Center Coach to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our Work Center Coach, you’ll make an impact by:
  • Providing hands-on training to production team members using work instructions and SOPs.
  • Monitoring team performance, offering constructive feedback and guidance to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Operating machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures.
  • Assembling products or components following detailed instructions and quality standards.
  • Inspecting products for defects and ensure they meet quality specifications.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  • Assisting in identifying and resolving operational issues that may impact production goals.
  • Promoting and enforce adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Collaborating with the Production Lead to implement process improvements.
What you need to succeed: 
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate team members.
  • Basic knowledge of safety and quality standards.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the company.
  • Demonstrated ability or willingness to become a certified operator in the work center within 60 days of starting the position.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds (100-pound requirement for bulk), with some overhead lifting)
  • Ability to bend, twist stoop, push, pull and walk across uneven surfaces while working.
  • To better ensure for the operational performance and safety of the business and the individual, the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English is required.
