Starting pay:  $20.25/hr

We are actively seeking a Warehouse Associate II to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our Warehouse Associate II, you’ll make an impact by:

Inventory Control

  • Conducting weekly inventory cycle counts and prepare and maintain reconciliations and adjustments.
  • Loading and unloading outbound and inbound trailers, preparing proper documentation; verify and post inbound/outbound transfers daily.
  • Ensuring accurate inbound and outbound shipments by performing accurate product counts, freight damage assessments, QA inspections, and discrepancy reporting.

Receiving

  • Performing quality inspections on 3rd party product received at 3PL.
  • Coordinating and track product left on hold during receiving process, through the NCP process, Quality Assurance team release or disposing of product.
  • Assisting in tracking freight damage assessments from receipt for product to completion of claim.
Additional responsibilities:
  • Supporting production activities by staging production materials, removing finished products from the production floor, and reconciling product pull sheets with production.
  • Assisting with planning for international and domestic shipments to include preparing load calculations, inspection cases and related documentation.
  • Suggesting systemic and procedural changes; draft, edit and manage standard operating procedures for warehousing and logistics.
What you need to succeed:
  • High school diploma, or equivalent
  • Five years of warehouse/manufacturing experience with inventory movement
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Basic math skills
  • Solid understanding of RF systems
  • Basic computer skills to include knowledge of MS Office products
  • Ability to certify and operate a forklift including sit-down and stand-up
  • Ability to work in extreme heat and/or cold conditions as weather dictates
  • Ability to work with hay and hay-based products
  • Ability to lift 65 pounds, stoop, kneel, twist, bend and stand for extended period
