We are actively seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our Maintenance Electrician, you’ll make an impact by:
  • Helping to sustain/improve plant operating performance. Identify root causes of equipment downtime or delay. Follow a structured, cost-effective approach to problem solving.
  • Installing electrical systems, equipment, and components.
  • Maintaining electrical systems, equipment, and components to ensure they are safe and operating properly.
  • Effectively diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical equipment and controls.
  • Operating and maintaining the CMMS in an effective and productive manner.
  • Recording issues, parts used, and labor hours accumulated to complete task or assignment.
  • Supporting plant preventative maintenance program, working to ensure safe and efficient operating conditions.
What you need to succeed:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college or trade-related accreditation preferred.
  • Five years industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment. 
  • Able to understand, read and create electrical wiring diagrams. Ability to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
  • Thorough understanding of electrical theory and the National Electric Codes.
  • Good understanding of mechanical power systems and theory.
  • Able to bend, twist, stoop, push, pull, walk across uneven surfaces, climb ladders and stairs, work at heights over 20 feet, lift up to 50 pounds (some overhead lifting), and stand for long periods.
  • To better ensure for the operational performance and safety of the business and the individual, the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English is required Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
