Location: Omaha, NE
Travel: up to 25%
Hybrid Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday in office, Mondays/Fridays work from home

We are actively seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our Manufacturing Engineer, you’ll make an impact by:

• Preparing capital project requests and serving as project manager to complete approved projects on time and within budget.
• Researching, specifying, evaluating, designing, and validating production and packaging equipment as needed to improve plant quality, efficiency, and output.
• Leading and directing the installation or overhaul of equipment and/or processes; training production personnel on proper operating parameters for new equipment and products; maintaining records and documentation of equipment/product trials and scale up (equipment settings, process steps, and product results).
• Developing detailed project plans, identifying key milestones and required cross functional resources.
• Providing regular progress reports to management and key stakeholders.

What you need to succeed:

• BS degree in Engineering (Mechanical is preferred) from an ABET accredited university.
• 4+ years of experience in engineering and project management.
• Proven results as an engineer and project manager in a CPG manufacturing organization.
• Proficiency in 2D and 3D CAD platforms.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
