We are actively seeking a Supply Chain Compliance Specialist to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!


This role’s primary responsibility will be to support the Supply Chain compliance function for the organization. This role interfaces with our internal team and our customers to establish best-in-class supply chain compliance practices and avoid customer penalties. This role will be responsible to engage across their assigned account base on reported issues, to identify patterns and root cause, addressing, disputing, and recommending changes to implement modifications to reduce customer penalties.

As our Supply Chain Compliance Specialist, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Reviewing all Supply Chain Customer Compliance requirements and establishing proactive processes to ensure Compana Pet Brands compliance with the assigned account base.
  • Ensuring timely investigation and project management of customer penalties, including identification of root causes, mitigation paths, and corrective actions for assigned account base.
  • Leading and managing disputes for supply chain related penalties for assigned account base.
  • Managing a high volume of customer communications through portals, phone and email each day.
  • Developing an advanced level of process knowledge to speak intelligently to customers and successfully address specific objections.
  • Running various reports on a weekly and daily basis and investigate where needed.

What you need to succeed:

  • Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms
  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred.
  • 1-3 years progressive experience in customer service, supply chain compliance or related function.
  • Knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office programs with at least intermediate Excel skills
  • Excellent organization and time management skills, effectively using level of independent judgement to prioritize tasks.
