We are actively seeking a Warehouse Fulfillment Lead to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our Warehouse Fulfillment Lead, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Coordinating the activities of Work Center and DTC team members to meet shipping goals.
  • Monitoring production schedules, adjusting staffing and resources as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Ensuring component materials are checked-in, stored, utilized, and returned to stock according to procedures, production schedules and inventory plans
  • Performing final inspection of product ensuring the product is properly labeled, capped, coded, packed, counted and palletized prior to forwarding to the next operator.
  • Working with Supply Chain to ensure schedule is properly planned and executed..
  • Collaborating with the Warehouse Supervisor to implement process improvements and training programs.
  • Working with the warehouse supervisor to support other warehouse operations when work is complete in your assigned areas.
  • Working with Sales Support to identify orders with inventory issues and decide how to best move forward with them.

What you need to succeed:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 years of experience in a warehouse, production or manufacturing environment.
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role, including leading teams, projects, or initiatives.
  • Ability to become forklift certified within 90 days.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in using computer and Microsoft Office products.
