Title: E21 and Enterprise Application Analyst
Location: Omaha, NE OR Chesterfield, MO
Hybrid Schedule: Tuesday-Thursday in office

We are actively seeking a E21 and Enterprise Application Analyst to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our E21 and Enterprise Application Analyst, you’ll make an impact by:

• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for E21 system issues.
• Collaborating with departments to understand and address their E21 needs.
• Developing and maintaining user manuals and training materials.
• Conducting training sessions for end-users on new/updated E21 functionalities.
• Documenting and streamlining E21 related processes.
• Managing helpdesk tickets related to E21 issues and questions.

What you need to succeed:

• 3-5 years’ related experience with ERP systems.
• 3-5 years’ experience leveraging enterprise SaaS applications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• EDI experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with SQL queries is a plus.
