We are actively seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll make an impact by:
  • Effectively meeting all internal and external regulatory compliance requirements for the warehouse.
  • Ensuring organization, inventory control and incoming/outgoing shipments are efficiently delivered and fully accurate.
  • Leading, developing, and motivating a team with a focus on safety, effectiveness and efficiency of our operations.
  • Developing and implementing effective and efficient processes with a focus on optimizing quality, service, regulatory, safety and cost.
  • Focusing on inventory management, accounting control, and transaction integrity to ensure inventory tracking, quantity and valuation are consistently maintained.
  • Managing carrier selection for each lane to minimize transportation costs while maintaining OTIF metrics.
What you need to succeed:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 years warehouse management to include safety, quality control, inventory management, process optimization, employee and general management
  • Forklift  and Shag truck certification
  • Lean warehouse experience with demonstrated efficiency improvements
