We are actively seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!


This role’s primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth daily operations.


As our Administrative Assistant, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Managing all incoming calls and visitors for the facility and direct them appropriately to ensure effective communication.
  • Tracking daily attendance, assisting with timecard maintenance, and prepare attendance-related warnings in coordination with managers.
  • Processing weekly payroll reports for temporary employees, review invoices from staffing agencies, and submit them for payment.
  • Supporting the planning and execution of employee recognition and appreciation events, coordinate conference room reservations and meeting logistics—including documenting meeting minutes and tracking action items—and generating site communications such as correspondence, newsletters, and signage.
  • Monitoring and restocking office and breakroom supplies, maintain mailroom inventory, and sort daily incoming mail.
  • Pulling data, analyzing trends, and preparing operational reports; assist in developing presentations and internal communications as well as complete various projects as needed.
  • Supporting new hire onboarding processes, helping employees navigate systems like UKG, and facilitating site training sessions.
What you need to succeed:
  • Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
  • 1+ year of experience in an administrative or operations support role, preferably in a manufacturing or facility-based environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with timekeeping systems such as UKG is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
