We are actively seeking a Commercialization Project Manager to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

This role’s primary responsibility will be to lead innovation, strategic, and special projects from concept to execution. This role is critical in driving product innovation, managing transitions, and ensuring seamless project delivery across cross-functional teams.

As our Commercialization Project Manager, you’ll make an impact by:
  • Leading innovation sprints from ideation through to first shipment.
  • Managing product renovation and transition projects, including the retirement of legacy items.
  • Conducting scoping interviews and launch meetings to align project goals with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Liaising with project owners and subject matter experts to gather requirements and manage project details.
  • Leading regular project meetings including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Developing and maintaining project timelines through interviews and requirements gathering.
  • Overseeing all phases of project lifecycles, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
What you need to succeed:
  • Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms
  • Bachelors Degree and 3+ years of experience managing commercialization projects in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry.
  • 6+ years experience managing commercialization projects in the Consumer Packaged Goods Industry, in lieu of a Bachelors Degree.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
  • Significant experience utilizing Gantt charts for project planning and tracking.
