We are actively seeking a Warehouse Lead Operator to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!As our Warehouse Lead Operator, you’ll make an impact by:
- Operating reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, and propane forklifts safely and efficiently
- Receiving inbound shipments and prepare outbound shipments according to schedules and documentation
- Driving and operating a 20ft. box truck as needed
- Performing regular cycle counts and assisting with full physical inventories
- Maintaining accurate inventory levels; communicating shortages to operations team
- Controlling product flow and ensuring availability to meet production demands
- Scheduling and coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
- Adjusting product usage based on monthly demand percentages
- Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms
- High school diploma, Associates degree preferred
- 2+ years of warehouse experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
