We are actively seeking an Inventory Coordinator to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our Inventory Coordinator, you’ll make an impact by:
  • Working with Sales Support to identify orders with inventory issues and decide how to best move forward with them.
  • Working with Transportation Coordinator to identify all special orders to ensure all special requirements are met, to include all allocation and inspection needs.
  • Printing and ensuring proper placement of labels to all special shipments.
  • Ensuring all inventory is in the right place at the right quantities at the time of allocation.
  • Allocating orders and generating moves to facilitate the picking process for order completion.
  • Working all inventory exception reports, or direct others in their completion, and perform cycle counts to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Recording all user identified issues in the error log and working to identify process or system fixes that can help prevent future issues.
  • Initiating and confirming quantities of all necessary transfers both to and from offsite facilities.
  • Serving as lead on inventory audits and inspections.
  • Participating in the development of SOP’s, processes and checklists as needed, to ensure gaps in inventory accuracy are addressed.
What you need to succeed:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of warehousing experience
  • 6 months of inventory or cycle count experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Ability to certify and operate a forklift and other equipment needed to move material
    Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to read, analyze, measure and track a variety of daily reports to accomplish objectives and further develop processes
  • Effectively communicate in English, in both verbal and written forms
