Hours: M-TH 5:45 am - 4:00 pm and 3:45 pm - 2:15 am *Fridays as needed

We are actively seeking a Production Team Lead to join our growing organization and help us Nurture What You Love!

As our Production Lead, you’ll make an impact by:

  • Coordinating the activities of Work Center Coaches and team members to meet production goals.
  • Monitoring production schedules, adjusting staffing and resources as needed to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Identifying and address any production-related issues or bottlenecks promptly.
  • Collaborating with the Production Supervisor to implement process improvements and training programs
  • Conducting regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
  • Maintaining accurate records of production output, downtime, and other key metrics.
  • Closing out production work orders and perform other documentation as required.

What you need to succeed:

  • High school degree or equivalent preferred
  • 3 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role, including leading teams, projects, or initiatives.
  • Become certified operator in the work center within 60 days.
  • Ability to work with hay and hay-based products.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods of time.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds (100-pound requirement for bulk), with some overhead lifting)
  • Ability to bend, twist stoop, push, pull and walk acrossx uneven surfaces while working.
  • To better ensure the operational performance and safety of the business and the individual, the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions in English is required.
